Creating Community

In Mayan Astrology I am a Red Magnetic Moon ~ I Unify in Order to Purify. And it has been channeled that my life task, chosen before incarnating in this lifetime, is to facilitate Essence contact for myself and others.

In this case, the word Essence is used to designate the God-Self within us... who we are in TRUTH, above and beyond this incarnated personality and body. Essence contact can be an "inside job" - those moments when we are feeling very centered and in touch with our deeper truth, an actual experience of BEING a Divine Being, rather than the just intellectual understanding of that. Or, Essence contact can take place between Self and Other Selves - those moments when we see or feel the true beauty and loving Spirit, or Essence, of another person, and the knowing that the other person is also seeing or feeling the same truth, beauty and loving Spirit of one's own Essence.

And indeed, I am called to do that, it seems. I love being people together in ways that facilitate that experience of Truth, Love and Beauty. I do this in a number of ways... it seems to be the underlying reason for many of the things I choose to do.

For individuals, I do this through a number of healing modalities, and by creating guided essential oil blends which have frequencies that help a person attune to their Essence, and for healing. And I am inspired to bring circles of people together for shared experiences which have the potential to bring about Essence contact. These include Dances of Universal Peace, drum circles, prayer groups, and sometimes a one-time event for a special occasion. Online, I facilitate e-mail yahoogroups to inform people about spiritual, educational, musical, humorous, healing and joyful events:

And now I am wanting to create an expanded "Conscious Community" as an outgrowth of the AZCC yahoogroup. I would love to see your pictures, learn what you love, what inspires you. Show us your art, your poetry, share your music and your favorite videos with us. Show us your Essence - your Truth, your Love, your Beauty!

The AZCC Yahoogroup is limited to events taking place within two hours drive time of Sedona... so that we don't get our inboxes flooded with notices of things that are too far away to participate in. But I also want to expand the AZCC community on this Ning network to include people from all over Arizona, since we are not generating e-mails here. So invite your friends and family if they live in Arizona at least part of the year. And as always - PLEASE KEEP IT POSITIVE!
