First and foremost, I am an artist and designer. I've been involved in the metaphysical and higher consciousness movement since 1968. I am a certified Clinical and Alchemical Hypnotherapist and a Zen Tea Master. I have studied and followed the teachings of Carlos Castaneda since his first book came out although I do not have contact with his party. writing poetry and preparing to teach an art class at Yavapai Community College.

Health, wealth, and wellbeing. Creating art and poetry, Meditation, listening to music, hanging out with loved ones.
